So I started off just wanting to draw Ash from a cool angle. Then added his XY mons. Then added all that background. Might've gone a bit overboard with that. But yeah I guess this is now an XY Ash team drawing, I guess he's been running around with these three guys since episode three so they warrant a pic together before someone else enters the stage. Or my baby Fletchling evolves. ;__;

This reminds me of that one image of Kid Goku facing off against Demon King Piccolo. Some people may know what I'm talking about with the kind of stance and angle this is at. I love this a lot!
